Introduction:

Low density polyethylene, also known as high pressure polyethylene (LDPE), is the lightest variety of polyethylene resin, is milky white, tasteless, odorless, non-toxic, the surface of the waxy particles.  It has good flexibility, extensibility, electrical insulation, transparency, easy processing and certain air permeability.  Its chemical stability is good, alkali resistance, resistance to general organic solvents.  

The nomal addition level can be 5-35%, depending on the kinds of plastic material and requirement.
-HDPE Rolling bag can be added 10-20%.
-LDPE/LLDPE clear bags or film can be added 5-10%.
-LDPE/LLDPE color bags with printing can be added 20-30%
-HDPE clear Bottle can be added 5-8%
-PP sheet can be added 8-15%

Application:

Application range of low density polyethylene: suitable for seasoning, pastry, sugar, preserves, biscuits, milk powder, tea, fish floss and other food packaging.  Pharmaceutical tablet, powder and other packaging, shirts, clothing, knitted cotton products and chemical fiber products and other fiber products packaging.  Washing powder, detergent, cosmetics and other daily chemical products packaging.  Because of the poor mechanical properties of single-layer PE film, it is usually used as the inner layer of composite packaging bag, that is, multi-layer composite film heat sealing base material.
